What you will do
- Own inbound leads by calling new leads within minutes and following up by email/LinkedIn.
- Control outbound by working from pre-built, qualified lead lists and personalizing outreach.
- Lead value-driven discovery to map pains and stakeholders.
- Keep CRM tight, close the loop with Marketing, and share what works.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 Years BDR/SDR. (SaaS a plus).
- Fluent in either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian.
- Fluent English; strong written and verbal comms.
- Prior commercial experience (BDR/SDR).
- Proven or clear potential to run structured discovery.

- B2B SaaS experience.
