What you will do

• Oversee and optimize automated lifecycle risk processes, including ODD and EDD.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues and collaborate with Product and Tech teams.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and manage external vendor delivery quality.
• Conduct customer risk reviews and maintain SOPs for compliance.
• Support audit and regulatory examinations to ensure alignment with AML/CTF standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements using new technologies and AI.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in KYC, due diligence, or PEP screening in fintech or banking.
• Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle processes and AML/CTF regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with KYC/AML tools, case management systems, and risk rating platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze workflows, document processes, and drive operational improvements.
• Must be based in or able to work from Columbus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for clear documentation and reporting.

Nice to have

• Relevant certification such as ICA or CAMS.
• Experience with audit and regulatory support.
• Background in working with outsourced vendors.
