Salary: US-based candidates: $45/hour - $100/hour depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Work on management consulting problems from real-world business scenarios, providing accurate solutions, detailed annotations, and model critiques.
• Utilize proprietary software to provide accurate input and labels to deliver high-quality data.
• Collaborate with technical staff to improve the design of efficient annotation tools.
• Interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on evolving instructions, maintaining precision and adaptability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical management consulting experience providing financial, strategic, operational, and/or technology-related advisory.
• Proficiency in consulting frameworks and deliverables, including slide decks, financial models, and client workshop facilitation tools.
• Strong ability to break down ambiguous business problems, synthesize findings, and critique multiple solution approaches.
• Ability to navigate consulting resources such as case libraries, industry benchmarks, and proprietary frameworks.
• Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and collaboration platforms for structuring and annotating strategic work.
• Proficiency in reading and writing informal and professional English.
