What you will do

• Provide best practice guidance to optimize customer business processes and maximize the potential of hirify.global solutions.
• Design change strategies across people, process, and technology.
• Serve as a lead consulting program leader, creating and owning the business case for multi-tiered customer offerings.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Manage consulting programs with continuous alignment with the product implementation program.
• Independently perform financial analysis, benefits and impact analysis, and create ROI models.
