New Media Lead (Web3)

What you will do

• Develop platform-specific growth strategies for YouTube, TikTok, Fomo, and emerging media platforms.
• Create recurring content formats and build a network of founders, builders, and creators who can host them.
• Plan and produce content for Breakpoint, Accelerate, Hacker Houses, campaigns, and product launches.
• Develop regional and non-English formats and turn audience insights into actionable feedback.
• Produce and publish content rapidly, manage editors and contractors, and maintain quality within budget.
• Optimize for retention, subscriptions, and participation while ensuring content clears legal review.

Requirements

• Demonstrable success growing a YouTube channel or comparable long-form video presence, supported by measurable results.
• Hands-on ability to take an idea from concept to published video without relying on an agency.
• Native fluency in crypto culture and strong judgment when representing a foundation.
• Strong understanding of content formats, audience behavior, and what drives performance.
• Comfort appearing on camera or a clear plan for identifying suitable on-camera talent.
• Fluency with AI tools for scripting, editing, thumbnails, localization, and performance analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience building a personal audience.
• Editing experience with Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with non-English audiences and localization.
• Strong perspectives on weaknesses in crypto content.
