What you will do

• Shape SEO strategy to drive revenue across non-branded and category keywords.
• Guide and challenge the external SEO agency with clear direction.
• Optimise PLPs and existing site content to improve conversion and visibility.
• Support a major website upgrade, contributing ideas ahead of launch.
• Analyse performance data to uncover opportunities and inform decisions.

Requirements

• Strong grounding in technical, on-page and content SEO principles.
• Confident using GA4, Google Search Console and platforms like SEMrush.
• Commercial mindset with ability to link SEO activity to revenue impact.
• Experience collaborating with agencies or external partners.
• Organised, proactive and confident communicating with stakeholders.
