What you will do

• Lead client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK accounts.
• Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing strategies to achieve client goals.
• Manage team deliverables, ensuring high quality, timeliness, and adherence to scope.
• Drive innovation by researching and recruiting new partners to increase value for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coach direct reports to foster professional growth.
• Identify and resolve complex client issues through proactive communication and data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.
• Direct experience working with Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ, Impact).
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead account strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with UK market knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Advanced Excel capabilities (formatting, complex formulas, report customization).
