What you will do
- Identify high-impact opportunities to leverage data to better serve users.
- Accelerate revenue and engagement through improvements in machine learning models, feature engineering, and personalization.
- Participate in research efforts to explore GenAI, Deep Learning, and Recommender systems.
- Define metrics to quantify aspects of the business, including revenue, engagement, and user experience.
- Represent Data Science in cross-functional meetings and reviews.
- Optimize for Personal Finance Products using large-scale Machine Learning Models.
Requirements
- MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 7+ years of industrial experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and related areas.
- Deep statistical understanding and ability to architect and develop next-generation ML systems.
- Strong background in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL).
Nice to have
- Experience with driving monetization, member engagement, and longer-term member value through AI.
- Experience working on large-scale AI systems with applications across machine learning and generative AI.
- Ability to balance fast-paced environments at a large-scale company.
- Ads business and product experience.
