What you will do

• Own and pursue a research agenda to improve model capability and performance.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to enable customer-driven model optimization.
• Build robust evaluations to track and measure modeling improvements.
• Design, implement, test, and debug code across the research stack.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of machine learning and its applications.
• Experience building evaluations for model capability improvement.
• Proficiency in debugging large-scale ML codebases.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and technically complex environment.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
