Salary: $69,750 to $93,000 annually

What you will do

• Prospect for new opportunities and present consulting and staff augmentation program to prospective customers across North America.
• Work closely with sales and presales to identify and validate potential agility-based engagements.
• Locate, validate, and present qualified consultants.
• Establish, maintain, and develop effective customer and consultant relationships.
• Manage customer and consultant escalations and establish achievable outcomes.
• Take a lead role in running the delivery by working directly with the customer to ensure a successful engagement and CSAT result.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 + years’ of recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment (corporate and agency experience preferred).
• Experience in business development and account management within IT consulting and/or professional services.
• A strong background in recruiting for complex, technical positions (Solution Architects, System Engineers, Project Managers and Program Managers.)
• Experience presenting to C-Suite and other decision makers.
• Ability to build confidence and strong partnerships with customer hiring managers.
• Ability to drive proposal, pricing, leading to achieve targeted revenue and margin goals.
