What you will do

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from intake discovery to final offer negotiation.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier technical and engineering talent.
  • Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and compensation benchmarking.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that aligns with the employer brand.
  • Administer candidate assessments and manage external recruitment vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team on onboarding, HR reporting, and talent analytics.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition within agency or corporate environments.
  • Expertise in recruiting for software development and technical engineering roles.
  • Strong data-driven approach to recruitment analysis and candidate assessment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS tools.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while balancing niche search priorities.
  • Capacity to navigate complex stakeholder relationships using consultative influence.
