Location: Hybrid, must be based in the UK with the ability to work from the office in Chester, Bristol, or Halifax at least 40% of the time.

Salary: £40,824 – £45,360

What you will do

  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle management marketing plans focusing on deepening and retention for the Homes business area.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile pods to implement and innovate tactical marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain performance reports using Excel and Adobe Analytics to present findings to product stakeholders.
  • Support the handover of successful campaign work to growth, CRM, and social teams for automated delivery.
  • Manage budgets, workflows, and risks associated with marketing initiatives using Jira and Workfront.
  • Continuously experiment with new routes to market and leverage data insights to drive commercial returns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-funnel marketing planning and execution, specifically within CLM and retention.
  • Strong background in agile ways of working and ability to connect across multiple disciplines.
  • Proficiency with reporting and analytics software to track and communicate campaign performance.
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience in budget management and process adherence.
  • Capability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster trust in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity (min 40% in-office).
