Salary: £40,824 – £45,360

What you will do
- Develop and execute customer lifecycle management marketing plans focusing on deepening and retention for the Homes business area.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile pods to implement and innovate tactical marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain performance reports using Excel and Adobe Analytics to present findings to product stakeholders.
- Support the handover of successful campaign work to growth, CRM, and social teams for automated delivery.
- Manage budgets, workflows, and risks associated with marketing initiatives using Jira and Workfront.
- Continuously experiment with new routes to market and leverage data insights to drive commercial returns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-funnel marketing planning and execution, specifically within CLM and retention.
- Strong background in agile ways of working and ability to connect across multiple disciplines.
- Proficiency with reporting and analytics software to track and communicate campaign performance.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in budget management and process adherence.
- Capability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster trust in a collaborative environment.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity (min 40% in-office).
