Location: Livingston, NJ / New York, NY / Sunnyvale, CA/Dallas, TX. While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.

Salary: $188,000 to $275,000

What you will do

• Own and operate core IT platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Cloudflare, DNS, domain infrastructure).
• Design and maintain secure, scalable configurations across collaboration and communication systems.
• Drive tooling rationalization and reduce SaaS sprawl through consolidation and deprecation.
• Improve IT asset management (ITAM), system inventory, and lifecycle tracking.
• Partner with Identity and Security teams to enforce access controls and integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement in architecture, automation, and operational maturity.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, enterprise IT, or platform engineering.
• Strong generalist across SaaS platforms and enterprise IT systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, DNS and domain management, Cloudflare, and Email authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
• Strong automation mindset with experience in Python, PowerShell, APIs, and Terraform.
• Experience designing scalable systems and improving operational reliability.
• Must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or eligible to access export controlled information without a required export authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth or cloud-native environments.
• Experience working closely with Identity and Security teams.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR).
• Experience with workflow automation tools (Workato or similar).
• Background in enterprise IT architecture or platform standardization.
