Location: Hybrid working, office based 3 days a week in London (Agency office in Farringdon and Client office in Canary Wharf)

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients and partner agencies to ensure quality delivery of technical projects.
• Take financial control of accounts, including profitability, forecasting, and fee negotiation.
• Own the execution of projects and client satisfaction through regular catchups.
• Collaborate on scoping and estimating projects, creating and owning project plans and timelines.
• Ensure clear communication with the client on technical projects, drive agendas, and ensure delivery of agreed timings and objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in a regulated sector.
• Experience working with website products such as Umbraco CMS.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Digital, Web Design, and UX-UI.
• Experience in AI preferable, an interest/passion for AI required.
• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
• Excellent account leadership skills with a developed financial and commercial acumen, creative judgment, strategic thinking, talent management and business growth.
