What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements using established templates and playbooks.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to support deal execution and ensure alignment with business and legal requirements.
• Support contract execution processes including amendments, renewals, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and completeness in systems.
• Follow established contracting workflows and contribute feedback to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Identify and escalate non-standard terms or higher-risk issues appropriately to senior team members.
• Maintain accurate contract records in CLM systems and support reporting needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related field.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., LinkSquares, Salesforce, or similar).
• Ability to follow established processes while exercising sound judgment on when to escalate.
