What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to identify technical requirements, security needs, and integration possibilities.
• Lead deep-dive sessions on APIs, Webhooks, and Data Flows, demonstrating how hirify.global fits into a client’s existing tech stack.
• Resolve complex technical hurdles for existing clients, ensuring they continue to find value in the platform.
• Provide expert-level support to Project Managers and Onboarding specialists for clients with non-standard technical setups or data migration needs.
• Use SQL expertise to help clients and internal teams unlock advanced analytics and bespoke data visualizations.
• Collect and synthesize technical feedback from the field to provide the Product and Engineering teams with data-driven insights for the roadmap.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management).
• Deep understanding of how SaaS platforms connect, comfortable working with Webhooks, middleware (like Zapier, Make, or Tray.io), and native integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SQL, comfortable explaining JSON structures and querying databases.
• Strong problem-solving mindset to find creative workarounds to complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex information for both HR managers and Developers.
• English and Spanish (mandatory)
