Focus on integrating AI into research workflows and providing strategic data-driven recommendations to B2B clients.

Location: Fully remote position, ideally based in Germany, the UK, Portugal, the Netherlands, or Spain.

What you will do

• Act as a sparring partner for clients in the creation, adaptation, and analysis of market research projects.
• Design quantitative studies including methodology, target group, and sample size.
• Create bespoke questionnaires for use cases like U&A, tracking, and concept testing.
• Interpret research results to provide clients with actionable, hands-on recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement initial projects for new customers.
• Integrate AI into research steps and collaborate with product teams to enhance tools.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in end-to-end quantitative market research.
• Over 7 years of experience in supporting and consulting B2B customers in SaaS, management consulting, or advertising.
• Fluent in English and proficient in German (C2 level).
• Degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics, or related fields.
• Cooperative, caring attitude with a hands-on, pragmatic mentality.
