Location: Berlin or Madrid

Salary: €119,100 - €178,700

What you will do

• Own the full implementation cycle from signed-to-live for mid-market and enterprise companies.
• Proactively develop and project manage a customer’s integration strategy, plan, and timeline.
• Lead and contribute to team projects to develop, improve, and scale processes.
• Manage client relationships and engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to craft custom solutions to achieve customer objectives.
• Help build an account deployment process that can be scaled across global sales teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.
• Experience working with API's and postman or something similar.
• Project Management Experience on a large user facing project from beginning to end.
• Deep understanding of the hirify.global API, and ability to explain complex API concepts to hirify.global’s largest and most technical customers.
• Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication both in German and English.

• Prior experience at a growth stage internet/software company.
• Prior experience in the payments industry.
• Prior experience working with large mid-market companies as well as enterprise organizations.
• Prior experience being a team lead and mentor to junior team members.
