What you will do

• Assist clients in migrating from legacy estimating platforms to Qapter with minimal disruption.
• Generate SOWs and maintain implementation documentation including user guides and project plans.
• Advise customers on best workflows and configurations as an SME on the product suite.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
• Analyze implementation metrics and performance data to recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering SaaS UI and API implementations at scale.
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of the automotive and motor insurance industry, particularly collision repair.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, PowerBI, Visio, and Office365.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be based in or able to work from Seville, Spain.
