What you will do

• Execute standard merchant integrations on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Magento.
• Configure and update plugin and visual elements on merchant websites.
• Perform QA and validation tasks to ensure integration quality.
• Provide first-line technical support for configuration issues and visual glitches.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in Jira and internal systems.
• Escalate non-standard issues following established incident procedures.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of web and e-commerce concepts like API/plugin roles and order lifecycles.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex technical checklists precisely.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for identifying configuration errors or missing steps.
• Clear and concise written communication in English.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, or Magento.
• Previous background in technical support roles.
