What you will do

• Become a product expert and provide technical advice to sales teams and customers.
• Consult partners on implementing products into their existing IT infrastructure.
• Investigate custom product requests and develop effective workarounds or solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management to share partner feedback and shape product evolution.
• Conduct external training for partners on platform features and best practices.
• Coach sales teams to enhance their technical knowledge of the platform suite.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales of IT products.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience working for an MSP or internal IT helpdesk.
• Previous work with RMM or backup software.
• Knowledge of APIs and scripting.
• Fluency in additional languages.
