What you will do

• Support the setup, execution, and documentation of AI experiments targeting hirify.global's software development processes.
• Evaluate AI-assisted development tools by running structured tests, gathering data, and summarizing results.
• Build and maintain lightweight scripts, integrations, and tooling to support SDLC experimentation.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept builds by writing code, integrating APIs, and testing AI components.
• Research AI topics and summarize findings, including tools, models, and frameworks.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience (internships and academic experience considered).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred; Java, TypeScript, or similar acceptable).
• Demonstrated interest in AI through coursework, projects, or hands-on experience with ML or LLMs.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, exploratory environment and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to document work and findings clearly.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) or AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Exposure to AI evaluation techniques or prompt engineering practices.
• Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, or developer workflow automation.
• Participation in AI/ML competitions, hackathons, or research projects.
