Salary: $160,000 — $220,000 CAD

What you will do

• Shape the technical strategy of the Identity Security Fabric and prioritize open standards like IPSIE.
• Implement the four-pillar maturity model (Discover, Onboard, Protect, Govern) to monitor agentic behavior across fullstack ecosystems.
• Architect systems to discover and secure all agents, including "Shadow AI" assets.
• Enforce secure access and least privilege for agents using Agent Gateways and short-lived credentials.
• Drive the adoption of AI-native development practices to rethink how software is designed, reviewed, and shipped.
• Identify and resolve tech debt in CI/CD, observability, reliability, and support processes.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in building secure, enterprise-grade software using Java or another type-safe language.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for frontend contributions.
• Proven experience defining scalable backend architectures and integrating complex APIs.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and experience operating large-scale services on AWS.
• Solid understanding of web authentication and authorization fundamentals.
• Ability to apply AI meaningfully across the full software development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience leading engineering teams through AI adoption or engineering culture change.
• Experience building and maintaining publicly released SDKs for external developers.
• Background in developing Identity and Access Management (IAM) tooling.
• Experience working in a "zero-to-one" startup-like team.
