What you will do

• Contribute to high-end animation across key projects and support the development of premium animation craft.
• Act as a collaborative bridge between Creative Direction and technical execution.
• Contribute to workflow design, automation initiatives, and pipeline evolution.
• Provide structured line management and development support for assigned reports.
• Contribute animation discipline insight into scalable content and system frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience in high-quality animation across cinematics, interactive experiences, and product visualization.
• Strong understanding of animation fundamentals, including realism, motion language, camera craft, and environmental interaction.
• Experience with workflow and process development to improve efficiency and quality control.
• Experience with development tools, scripting solutions, and automation initiatives.
• Experience with AI-supported animation processes.
