• Mentor other artists and document pipeline best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Guildford, UK area for a hybrid work model.
• 5+ years of professional experience in real-time VFX for AAA or large-scale game titles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in particles, shaders, materials, and game engine rendering constraints.
• Proficiency in modern game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Experience with simulation tools such as Houdini and EmberGen, and production software like Maya and Photoshop.
