What you will do

• Collaborate with studio leadership and designers to create concept art, mood boards, and UI mock-ups.
• Produce game assets including logos, win presentations, transitions, animations, and info pages.
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow for rapid ideation and visual prototyping.
• Ensure efficient asset optimization and compression for various devices.
• Maintain consistent art quality through manual refinement of AI-generated concepts.
• Stay updated on gaming industry trends and competitor visual styles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in art or equivalent professional experience in game design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse character design styles (fantasy, realistic, cartoon).
• Proven experience using AI art tools within a professional game production workflow.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, and Spine.
• Exceptional skills in illustration, color theory, layout, composition, and typography.
• Ability to provide accurate project estimates and meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of the strengths and limitations of commercial AI art generation.
