Location: Must be based in Manchester (Hybrid role)
Salary: £65,000–£70,000

What you will do
- Define and maintain the strategic product vision and roadmap for the Onefile platform.
- Act as a visible industry leader and advocate for the company within the education and training sector.
- Engage regularly with training providers, colleges, and employers to identify emerging challenges and regulatory opportunities.
- Translate customer feedback and market insights into clear product opportunities and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and R&D leadership to ensure the roadmap is deliverable and aligned with future sector needs.
- Represent the organization at sector events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- Extensive experience within education technology, vocational learning, or apprenticeship delivery.
- Strong understanding of the UK education and training sector, including funding models and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate complex market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders and customers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Manchester office.

- Experience with learning platforms, e-portfolios, or digital assessment systems.
- Existing professional network within FE colleges or training providers.
- Experience presenting at industry events or conferences.
