Location: Must be based in Manchester (Hybrid role)

Salary: £65,000–£70,000

What you will do

• Define and maintain the strategic product vision and roadmap for the Onefile platform.
• Act as a visible industry leader and advocate for the company within the education and training sector.
• Engage regularly with training providers, colleges, and employers to identify emerging challenges and regulatory opportunities.
• Translate customer feedback and market insights into clear product opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and R&D leadership to ensure the roadmap is deliverable and aligned with future sector needs.
• Represent the organization at sector events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within education technology, vocational learning, or apprenticeship delivery.
• Strong understanding of the UK education and training sector, including funding models and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Manchester office.

• Experience with learning platforms, e-portfolios, or digital assessment systems.
