Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Salford (Quay House), UK (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office)

Salary: £45,000–£55,000

What you will do

• Lead the Bitesize Primary Positive Role Models campaign across digital and outreach channels.
• Manage a team of Assistant Producers and Researchers to meet project goals.
• Commission high-quality digital and promotional content from independent producers.
• Translate curriculum learning outcomes into clear, actionable content delivery plans.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules while maintaining editorial standards and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Significant experience in delivering hybrid educational campaigns for children
• Proven project management skills in scoping, scheduling, and budgeting large campaigns
• Strong editorial judgement and experience with compliance procedures for children's content
• Experience managing and motivating teams and external suppliers
• Practical experience in interactive digital content production
