What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of differentiated home management products, leveraging consumer insights and advanced AI technology.
• Drive both high-level strategy and hands-on execution, aligning product development with overall business goals.
• Build and mentor a cross-functional team including product managers, analysts, marketers, and engineers.
• Own the product roadmap, balancing immediate priorities with long-term strategic vision.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure commercial success, utilizing data and experimentation to iterate and improve propositions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in London
• Proven experience in scaling consumer-facing digital products to millions of active users.
• Experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams and managing organizational P&L.
• Deep expertise in AI-native or agentic product development.
• Strong analytical background and ability to communicate strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
