What you will do

• Act as the primary voice of the enterprise customer by conducting regular discovery calls, QBRs, and on-sites.
• Own and define the enterprise product roadmap, making critical trade-off decisions to drive execution.
• Synthesize complex customer feedback into clear themes, opportunities, and actionable requirements.
• Equip sales, support, and marketing teams with the context and knowledge to effectively win enterprise deals.
• Apply rigorous scoping to deliver maximum value with lean, impactful feature releases.
• Analyze user metrics to iterate on or sunset product features based on performance and market fit.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software industry experience, with a strong focus on enterprise-grade products.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise product strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
• Technical fluency with a background in programming.
• English proficiency: C1 level required.
• Strong root-cause and systems thinking with exceptional operational judgment.
• Ability to work from London or Stockholm.
