What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of target audiences, industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategy.
• Create compelling value propositions and positioning frameworks that differentiate products and drive awareness and demand.
• Build detailed buyer personas and support targeted campaigns aligned to audience needs.
• Review pricing models and implement strategies to drive income growth and profitability.
• Create sales tools, support new product development and ensure strong alignment between product features and customer needs.
• Manage product marketing budgets and support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in a Product Marketing or GTM focused role
• Strong understanding of market research, positioning and pricing strategy
• Experience developing buyer personas and value propositions
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to translate insight into commercially effective marketing activity
• Strong project management and organisational skills
