Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide ongoing support to creators, answering questions and assisting through challenges.
• Ensure quality control within the creator community and their content.
• Ideate and present innovative strategies for community engagement via social media.
• Generate detailed reports on creator participation within the Creator Program.
• Publish fresh written content for the creator portal.
• Oversee and update the Asset Library.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in at least one of the following languages would be preferred (German, Turkish, Italian, or Portuguese).
• Proven ability in time and task management.
• High degree of accountability and ownership.
• Prior experience in community management or similar roles (preferred).
