What you will do
- Lead end-to-end research lifecycles, managing multiple prioritized studies in parallel.
- Distill findings into actionable product recommendations for PMs, designers, and engineering teams.
- Design mixed-method studies, balancing deep qualitative insights with rapid evaluative testing.
- Develop creative strategies to access hard-to-reach B2B enterprise users.
- Create toolkits and processes to enable non-researchers to conduct tactical research independently.
- Identify and implement AI-assisted approaches to improve recruitment, analysis, and synthesis.
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX research experience in tech, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity.
- English: C1+ level proficiency required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-moving environments.
- Expertise in mixed-methods research, including interviews, usability testing, and secondary research.
- Experience as an early-stage researcher helping establish research functions and structures.
- Strong synthesis and storytelling skills to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.

- Academic background in Social Sciences, HCI, Anthropology, or Human Factors.
