Solutions Engineer (Legaltech): Acting as a technical and strategic partner to the sales and engineering teams, helping customers understand how ’s solutions solve their complex technical challenges with an accent on technical discovery and custom demonstrations. Focus on facilitating technical workshops, responding to technical questions, and designing scalable technical solutions based on customer needs.
Location: This is a New York-based, 5-day in-office role.
Salary: $114,750 - $184,000

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery discussions to understand customer pain points, use cases, and requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal Engineers to create demos and proof-of-concepts that illustrate how ’s solutions address customer challenges.
- Facilitate technical workshops and respond to technical questions and security concerns.
- Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on customer needs and ’s product capabilities.
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams to shape deal strategy and support onboarding of technical sales content.
- Work closely with Technical Delivery and Customer Success to ensure smooth transition from pre-sale to implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a customer-facing technical role (preferably B2B).
- Experienced with having technical delivery discussions, responding technical questions coming from clients.
- Experience delivering technical presentations and demos to both technical and business decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
