Location: This is a New York-based, 5-day in-office role.

Salary: $114,750 - $184,000

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery discussions to understand customer pain points, use cases, and requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal Engineers to create demos and proof-of-concepts that illustrate how hirify.global’s solutions address customer challenges.
• Facilitate technical workshops and respond to technical questions and security concerns.
• Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on customer needs and hirify.global’s product capabilities.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to shape deal strategy and support onboarding of technical sales content.
• Work closely with Technical Delivery and Customer Success to ensure smooth transition from pre-sale to implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a customer-facing technical role (preferably B2B).
• Experienced with having technical delivery discussions, responding technical questions coming from clients.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and demos to both technical and business decision-makers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
