What you will do

  • Own the full-lifecycle recruitment process for technical hires, specifically C++ and Java developers in the DACH region.
  • Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand and define strategic hiring requirements.
  • Source top talent through unconventional channels including GitHub, MeetUps, and niche technical forums.
  • Develop and implement inclusive hiring strategies to attract and secure diverse talent pools.
  • Enhance the employer brand through creative outreach and a seamless, transparent candidate experience.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, providing valuable market insights and innovative hiring solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-lifecycle technical recruitment within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  • Proven track record of actively sourcing and building cognitively diverse teams.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with engineers and hiring managers as a strategic partner.
  • Experience partnering with universities, technical schools, and local industry networks in the DACH tech industry.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools, ideally Greenhouse.
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate diverse personalities and create a positive candidate experience.
