What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, focusing on C++ and Java engineers.
  • Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality talent.
  • Implement inclusive hiring strategies to attract and build cognitively diverse teams.
  • Build a strong employer brand through storytelling, creative outreach, and community engagement.
  • Utilize data and innovative sourcing channels like GitHub, meetups, and niche technical communities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on market trends, compensation, and people-related topics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-lifecycle technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the DACH tech industry recruitment landscape.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with engineers and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Proactive approach to sourcing and solving hiring challenges.
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence to manage diverse candidate experiences.
