We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales / Business Development Manager for Zentavor — an international AI company that builds custom AI and Data solutions for large enterprise clients.
This role is for someone who is not just handling inbound leads, but is excited to open new markets, reach out to enterprise clients, and sell real AI solutions tailored to business needs.

What’s important:
✔️ Experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in IT / AI / Data / Digital
✔️ Ability to do outbound and reach decision-makers (CIO, CTO, CDO, Head of Data, etc.)
✔️ Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
✔️ Willingness to understand AI / Data solutions and business use cases
✔️ Proactivity and comfort working in an environment where a lot needs to be built from scratch
Nice to have:
➕ Experience selling custom development or consulting services
➕ Understanding of AI / Data / ML solutions
➕ Experience working with enterprise clients in finance, telecom, retail, or industrial sectors
➕ Existing network or strong personal contacts
Conditions:
— Remote format with possible business trips
— Base salary + commission (no upper limit)
— Work with international markets and real impact on business growth
