What you will do

  • Identify and engage new clients through strategic research and outreach to expand market presence.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
  • Attract and recruit top-tier talent to build and expand your specialized business unit team.
  • Mentor and lead your team, fostering a culture of professional development and high performance.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the execution of the annual business plan for your unit.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to optimize business results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting, ideally in a client-facing capacity.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese are required.
