What you will do

• Own the end-to-end supply chain from sourcing through delivery.
• Lead the implementation of logistics and assembly operations in Adelaide.
• Provide insights into operational risks, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage and develop a team of approximately six members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements, including NDIS verification.
• Maintain a safe workplace through structured risk management and hazard identification.

Requirements

• Must be based in Adelaide and able to work onsite full-time.
• Demonstrated capability in managing business or operational functions.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and engage teams.
• Strong commercial understanding of revenue generation and cost management.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
