TL;DR

Senior HR & Payroll Specialist: Managing end-to-end payroll operations and HR record-keeping for global entities with an accent on compliance, variance analysis, and process automation. Focus on streamlining payroll coordination across diverse jurisdictions, maintaining HRIS accuracy, and ensuring seamless execution within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model requires 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Run payroll and HR operations for entities in Europe and the GCC region.
  • Partner closely with internal departments and external payroll providers (e.g., Deel, Symmetrical).
  • Perform variance analysis and implement controls to ensure accurate payslip generation.
  • Maintain and update HR data within the HiBob system.
  • Prepare payroll-related journal entries and manage holiday/leave calculations.
  • Draft jurisdiction-specific employment templates with support from legal counsel.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, or finance, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Strong expertise in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
  • Solid understanding of data confidentiality, labor laws, and payroll regulations.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law and regulations is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Experience using HRIS/Payroll platforms like HiBob, Deel, or Sage.
  • Extensive experience managing payroll compliance across Eastern Europe and the GCC region.
