Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model requires 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Run payroll and HR operations for entities in Europe and the GCC region.
- Partner closely with internal departments and external payroll providers (e.g., Deel, Symmetrical).
- Perform variance analysis and implement controls to ensure accurate payslip generation.
- Maintain and update HR data within the HiBob system.
- Prepare payroll-related journal entries and manage holiday/leave calculations.
- Draft jurisdiction-specific employment templates with support from legal counsel.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, or finance, preferably in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
- Strong expertise in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Solid understanding of data confidentiality, labor laws, and payroll regulations.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Polish labor law and regulations is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Experience using HRIS/Payroll platforms like HiBob, Deel, or Sage.
- Extensive experience managing payroll compliance across Eastern Europe and the GCC region.
