What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy proprietary software including trading simulators and large-scale data collection systems.
• Develop analytics tools to support advanced mathematical modeling and operational efficiency.
• Automate tasks through specialized tooling and scripting.
• Monitor systems and document development phases.
• Provide on-call support as necessary for production systems.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Krakow.
• Fluency in imperative and object-oriented languages, with preference for C# or C++.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design patterns.
• Familiarity with network and asynchronous programming, including websockets and REST interfaces.
• Experience with agile development practices.
• Curious mindset with a focus on problem-solving and deep technical analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in trading or blockchain technology.
• Background in software development within fast-moving, technology-driven companies.
