What you will do

• Source and engage technical talent across AI/ML, data science, and software engineering with AI assistance.
• Manage the full recruitment pipeline from initial screening to offer negotiation.
• Partner with engineering teams to test prototypes and provide feedback on AI recruiting tool features.
• Draft outreach, schedule interviews, and ensure timely communication with all candidates.
• Develop and refine playbooks and best practices for AI-enabled recruiting workflows.
• Maintain organized ATS pipelines and track metrics to optimize hiring speed and quality.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination.
• Hands-on experience hiring technical talent such as engineers or data scientists.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple complex pipelines simultaneously.
• Passion for experimenting with AI tools and rethinking traditional recruiting paradigms.
• Ability to clearly understand and screen for technical engineering roles.
• Must be able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA.

• Basic ability to write code (including using AI tools).
• Specific experience recruiting AI/ML talent.
