What you will do
- Own the end-to-end global HR function including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Operations.
- Lead critical hiring processes personally to ensure quality and speed across technical and commercial roles.
- Partner with founders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Develop and operate practical performance management and feedback frameworks.
- Manage global payroll, compensation, and benefits while ensuring multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing internal HR team.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading full-spectrum HR in a fast-growing, international organization.
- Hands-on background with ability to bridge strategic oversight and operational execution.
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries with a mix of local entities and remote employees.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous environments.
- High ownership mindset with a focus on direct problem-solving.
