TL;DR

Head of People (Global): Leading the end-to-end human resources function across a global, multi-jurisdictional organization with an accent on talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations. Location: Remote (Global role with HQ in Singapore).

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end global HR function including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Operations.
  • Lead critical hiring processes personally to ensure quality and speed across technical and commercial roles.
  • Partner with founders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Develop and operate practical performance management and feedback frameworks.
  • Manage global payroll, compensation, and benefits while ensuring multi-jurisdictional compliance.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing internal HR team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading full-spectrum HR in a fast-growing, international organization.
  • Hands-on background with ability to bridge strategic oversight and operational execution.
  • Experience managing HR across multiple countries with a mix of local entities and remote employees.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • High ownership mindset with a focus on direct problem-solving.
