TL;DR
HR Business Partner (HRBP): Partnering with leadership to develop and elevate the Manila office through strategic HR advisory and operational excellence with an accent on performance management, employee relations, and culture building. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manila (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals.
- Provide expert advisory on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Manage HR operations, including benefits administration and compliance audits.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to foster a high-performance environment.
- Lead grievance and capability cases with professionalism and objectivity.
- Collaborate across the business to solve complex people-related challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in high-growth or global environments.
- Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and guide leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a resilient, autonomous, and fast-paced culture.
- Tech-savvy with experience in HRMIS and payroll platforms.
