Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manila (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in high-growth or global environments.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and guide leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a resilient, autonomous, and fast-paced culture.
• Tech-savvy with experience in HRMIS and payroll platforms.
