• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving workplace issues.
• Oversee HR processes including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and government regulations.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of professional work experience.
• Strong background in HR or People Operations preferred.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to process execution.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Makati City, Philippines.
