hirify.global is a company hiring for an Associate Recruiter position.

What you will do

  • Support the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit and motivation.
  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
  • Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or related roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.
  • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
