TL;DR

Junior Corporate Recruiter (HR): Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a leading commercial real estate media platform with an accent on candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building. Focus on executing hiring strategies, supporting organizational culture initiatives, and partnering with executive leadership to drive talent growth.

Location: Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office 3-4 days per week.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 a year

What you will do

• Source and identify qualified talent using various recruitment tools.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
• Present offers and communicate details to selected candidates.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and cultivate candidate relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide onboarding support and process guidance.
• Contribute to People Ops projects, including Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, or Business.
• 0-2 years of direct recruiting experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-player mentality with a strong work ethic.
