What you will do
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, and other job portals.
- Communicate with potential candidates and conduct CV screenings.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and manage candidate pipelines within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with international recruitment teams on diverse tech and non-tech projects.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a similar recruitment or sourcing role.
- English proficiency above Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Understanding of candidate sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
