What you will do

  • Support the team in sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles.
  • Conduct initial screening calls with Dutch-speaking candidates.
  • Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare recruitment-related analytics and reports.
  • Participate in employer branding and recruitment events.

Requirements

  • Language proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
  • Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with recruitment or HR through internships or academic projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
