What you will do
- Take ownership of the end-to-end B2C product portfolio and strategic roadmap.
- Establish and maintain structured product discovery practices, including hypothesis testing and UX research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, compliance) to align priorities and goals.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize product funnels, activation, and retention metrics.
- Perform deep-dive market and competitor analysis to validate product decisions prior to development.
- Improve overall product processes, documentation, and decision-making frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager with 5+ years of total industry experience.
- Deep fintech experience in consumer payments, cards, trading, or exchange platforms.
- Proven track record managing B2C products with over 100k users.
- Fluent English required for external stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical toolkit including proficiency with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Metabase.
- Hands-on experience in product monetization, unit economics, and funnel optimization.
Nice to have
- Professional experience with crypto trading, wallets, or earn programs.
- Background in neobanking (e.g., Revolut, N26, Wise).
- Proven ability to bridge communication between technical, design, and business teams.
