What you will do

• Define the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for the Custody-as-a-Service platform.
• Lead detailed prioritization efforts, balancing infrastructure development, partner-facing features, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, multi-tenant system architectures and event-driven APIs.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into core product features and value propositions.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, and Compliance.
• Serve as an internal and external evangelist, representing the platform to partners and industry leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B2C, payment, or platform infrastructure.
• Proven track record building 0-to-1 platform products in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or crypto.
• Deep understanding of platform business models, API design, and multi-tenant architectures.
• Significant experience working with regulated financial services and compliance-embedded products.
• Strong technical fluency to effectively partner with engineering teams on system architecture and data models.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional decision-making within ambiguous and scaling environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building banking-as-a-service, custody, or payments platforms.
• Direct background in digital asset wallets or blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional product launches and regulatory coordination.
• Previous background in software engineering.
